I had ball joints and lower control arms replaced at a different shop. That shop completely botched the job. I called Pat at the New Iberia store and took it to him. Probably the very best move I could have made. Pat and his guys diagnosed and fix two problems in no time. I don't think I stopped smiling for the next 3 hours. You want it fixed, go see Pat. I'm a customer for life now. Thanks guys!!
Will recommend this location to everyone! I’ve brought my truck here twice and had such a great experience each time! They are so kind and helpful when I asked a million questions! They also accommodated my truck when my work schedule got crazy. 10/10!!
Bought a set of wheels and tires from them, paid around 1500 for the tires and they could not balance them to save their lives. Sent them the tires back after not even 500 miles because they rode so horrible. Waiting over a month for them to get back about getting a refund on the tires just for them to give us back what they paid the manufacturer for them and they kept the profit that they made so now I’m out 500 bucks and some tires. Will not be going to these people for tires or any service again

After reviewing, we do not have anyone in our system under the name "Ashton Palmisano", but in regards to any warranty issues, it is stated on our invoices and throughout the stores, that all warranty issues must be filed through the manufacturer by the customer, and we do not issues refunds or returns. However based on your review, someone from our sales team did reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf to see about getting a refund! If this review pertains to Invoice 1-32120, beings that is the only customer who has come back with an issue, let it be known that the customer only came back to us once for vibration in the tires, after having the tires rebalanced and the vehicle inspected, we did find that the rear axle was bent, most likely from the customer "jumping a curb" from the story we were told! We recommended having the axle fixed then returning to us because axle damage can cause a vibration! The customer did not return and we are unaware if the axle was fixed/replaced. Viewing Invoice 1-32120 the customer purchase a wheel and tire package, when purchasing a wheel and tire package we do give discounts on the purchase! If a refund was issued it would not include the price of the wheels or the installation and would only include the discounted price of the product, and no where on the invoice does it state the tires were $1,500, when the wheels alone were $1,600 and installation including; mount, balance, sensor swap, and install was priced at $200.
